6 Simple Words with Profound Implications

If you had to summarize your life in six words, what would they be? That was the challenge set forth by SMITH Magazine, which was later turned into a book entitled, Not Quite What I Was Planning. Not an easy task, but there’s a lot to be said for cutting out the complicated excess and focussing on the basics. And, as we’ll see in our reading for today, the apostle Peter believed the very same thing.

What about you? Let me know in the comments below what YOUR six words would be. I’d love to hear them.

Today’s Reading

“Each of you must turn from your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” – Acts 2:38
