Sincerely Yours #179

It’s been said that to be humble is “to be so sure of yourself and your mission, that you can forgo calling excessive attention to yourself and your status.” The story of Thurman Thomas and Emmitt Smith at 28th Annual Super Bowl is wonderful example of the importance of humility. We’ll explore that story first on this podcast before looking to the Bible to see why the Greatest of all… took the lowest rank.

Today’s Reading:

“But among you, those who are the greatest should take the lowest rank, and the leader should be like a servant.” – Luke 22:26
