In Our Humanity, We Should All Find Common Ground

Looking past the outward is a good lesson for us all and, as we’ll see in today’s reading, it was a good lesson for the apostle Peter as well. In Acts chapter 10, Cornelius, a Gentile and a man of utmost integrity, was told by an angel to send for the Jewish apostle Peter.  In the meantime, Peter was getting a message of his own.
