As we’re continuing our journey through John’s 6th chapter, we find Jesus continuing to drive home a crucial point. “Believe in the One… believe in Me.” No lists of requirements or lengthy conditions to meet. To have the gift of eternal life, all we must do… is believe. But is it that simple? Well, the concept was beautifully unpacked in an article by former Army Ranger, now pastor, Tom Allen, after seeing the movie Saving Private Ryan.
