As we’re reading in John’s 21st chapter, we discover that the events over the last several days were life changing for the disciples, to say the least. The crucified Jesus had risen from the dead and appeared to His followers twice so far. They’d moved from overwhelming grief to overcoming hope… all in just a few short days. Yes, they’d come a long way, these disciples of Jesus, but perhaps none of them had come farther than Peter.
