As we’re beginning the 11th chapter of Acts, we’ll learn that God’s Spirit was given freely. And it still is today. In life, some differences can’t be avoided, like age or preference in dinner entertainment. And while people may get stuck on labels, in God’s eyes, we’re all the same. There are no age restrictions at His table and no religious tag to enter God’s presence.

Today’s Reading

“I began telling them the Good News, but just as I was getting started, the Holy Spirit fell on them, just as He fell on us at the beginning. And since God gave these Gentiles the same Gift He gave us when we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I to argue?” – Acts 11:15, 17
